Behind the Brand: A Designer for a Designer

When Pamela Krikorian came to me for a new brand identity, she laughed because she is a graphic designer as well. But Pamela understood as well as any designer does how hard it is to be your own client! Pamela works for non profits and organizations to create visual reports, infographics, and presentations. She considers herself a translator as she designs, helping to convey complex information visually. When it came to her brand identity, she wanted something that conveyed a bit of warmth and personality that can get lost behind the screen, while still championing her professionalism and the high level of service she offers.

The end results is a brand identity that is is flexible, eye-catching and friendly, with design elements that express the clarity she brings to her work with her clients.

It’s always wonderful to see how an identity grows beyond our initial collaboration. Here, Pamela worked with the type system, color, and icons created for her to develop this engaging poster with an inspiring quote:

I LOVE the branding you created for me and am reminded of your wonderful creative talent every time I use bits and pieces of this beautiful brand. I just can’t wait to get it all out there!
